Simona Pelleriti has been a Research Fellow atUniversità degli Studi di Milano since 2020 within theproject about FinTech “The influence of enabling technologies on the future of the financial markets”.She has been previously Research Fellow at Università degli Studi di Udine (2016) in the field of theregulation of infrastructure markets. In 2015 she obtained a Ph.D. in European Union law and Publiccompared law at Università degli Studi di Udine with a thesis on the principle of legal certainty andlegitimate expectation.She also obtained an LL.M. in Business Law in 2014 atUniversité Panthéon-Assas(Paris) and hold the position of Visiting Research Fellow at Fordham University School of Law(New York) in 2013.She is the author of several publications in the field of competition law andregulation of infrastructure and digital markets.
